The legend that is... TacoBros
Many sunsets ago, two amigos dreamed of the day tasty Mexican food would be available for the good people of Truro, Nova Scotia.
Maybe they should sell homemade salsas at the local Farmer’s Market? But they weren’t the kind of muchachos to start small or even just daydream. They grabbed their avocados and searched far and wide for their noble steed, a sidekick that would help them in their quest…
That was when Felipe the Food Truck was found, in the far away land of Cape Breton.
Armed with authentic Mexican recipes, a tank full of gas and a repurposed Felipe, they entered many battles.. Weddings, Markets, Corporate Functions and Festivals, each time absolutely killing it!
But then Winter came… should they lay down their wooden spoons and spatulas? Bury their Burritos and Nachos?
The answer was NO!
Too many hungry people were now relying on the brave Bros to continue on their quest.. It was decided a castle must be built, where Tacos were always available, where the aroma of fresh made Salsas would hit the senses, with free flowing Cervezas and Margaritas, and where Latin sounds filled the air.
The good people of Truro and surrounding areas rejoiced and they lived happily ever after.
THE END.
Actually not quite…
